Great product, easy setup and portable. Wont damage your door frames!
I got my Duonamic Eleviia Pull-Up Bar with Rings addon as a package about two months ago. I have been using it since and what a great product! The Ring attachment allows me to do a whole set of different workouts more than pull ups that targets different areas of the body. It was a solution to my problem of needing a good workout but having only a small space to use. Its super easy to set up as all you need to do is clamp it to your door, sets up in seconds and compact enough that I can bring it along anywhere. It’s helped me to getting back to working out regularly since its so easy to use that my core, posture and strength has improved tremendously!. Highly recommend this product! An improvement could be is to provide better instructions on setting up the rings for first time users.

Worth it – great product
I’ve tried other similar products before (one even messed up my door frames) but the Eleviia is by far the better product. It’s very compact (I travel for work and it fits in my carry on luggage quite well). I’ve only ever had issue with one hotel where the door frame was too big but every other hotel I’ve had no issues setting this up in under ten seconds. Very sturdy system. I especially like the rings as it opens up a lot more excercises in addition to the pull up handles (google Olympic Ring exercises – there are tons). The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side but I got exactly what I paid for. Better than the others I bought before. I’ve had a lot of friends try them out at my house and two even ended up buying it the next day. Great product
